  WaveIP's GigAccess™ OFDM is a Point-to-Multipoint Broadband Wireless Accees system based on 802.16-2004 WiMAX providing best performance at a most competitive price.

GigAccess™ OFDM is available in the unlicensed 5.8GHz, 5.4GHz, 2.4GHz & 900MHz as well as the licensed 3.5GHz, 1.9GHz & 700MHz. With its unique “Mix and Match” approach controlling and managing multiple frequencies network couldn’t be easier.

OFDM Technology
Using OFDM modulation, GigAccess™ OFDM leverages high spectral efficiency and high data rates of up to 36 Mbps (30 Mbps net) per sector.

    Wireless 802.16 Quality of Service
    GigAccess™ OFDM introduces integrated QoS mechanism that supports different types of service policies (CBR, CIR, CBR AD, BE, Voice and multicast), and controls latency, jitter and bandwidth for each direction (uplink and downlink) independently.

    Consecutive AP™ approach allows you to daisy chain links thus extending the base station’s footprint and providing targeted coverage.

    Time Synchronization
    Designed for large scale high density networks, GigAccess™ OFDM mitigates one of the most challenging issues in wireless networking: self-interference.
    GPS time Synchronization eliminates self interference between base stations and allows better frequency reuse. One GigAccess™ OFDM Base Station may have 8 sectors using only two different channels and is capable of serving 2000 subscribers delivering 240 Mbps.
